Trisha is a Certified Public Account with more than 30 years of experience addressing domestic and international tax issues. Trisha focuses her practice on U.S. and international tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals, corporations and partnerships. Trisha merged her former firm with the High Net Worth Tax Advisory Group LLC in December of 2025.

Experience

Trisha provides comprehensive tax services, such as international tax research and treaty analysis; resident/nonresident tax issues; expatriation analyses; FIRPTA applications; federal, state and local income tax research, planning and compliance for high net worth individuals and their businesses.

Trisha is an IRS Certified Acceptance Agent (“CAA”) with respect to assisting foreigners obtain U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (“ITINs”).

Trisha has been affiliated with the law firm, Cohen & Grigsby (now Dentons Cohen and Grigsby), since 2000. Trisha worked in the Pittsburgh office of Cohen and Grigsby where she headed their Tax Advisory Services Group which consisted of four full-time CPAs. Since establishing her own CPA firm in 2010 and relocating to Florida in 2015, Trisha has continued to work with Dentons, Cohen and Grigsby on the IRS tax controversy cases and IRS offshore Voluntary Disclosure cases.
